One brief.

Clear responsibilities

Know what is included
before you commit.

Drawings + approvals

CAD design documentation is prepared for the agreed scope. Engineering calculations, statutory or permit documents, and signed or sealed drawings are completed or approved by appropriately qualified professionals when required.

Commercial + industrial

Land use, operations, equipment, utility loads, access, fire and life safety, drainage, and environmental needs vary by project. Machinery, process design, specialist systems, approvals, and signed or sealed documents are included only when specifically listed and handled by appropriately qualified parties where required.

Sourcing + shipping

Supplier contracts, warranties, freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, port charges, and storage depend on the selected providers and purchasing structure. SENWEI coordinates agreed information and handoffs; it is not presented as a customs broker, carrier, insurer, or product warranty provider.

Turnkey scope

“Turnkey” applies only to the items and responsibilities listed in the accepted proposal. Exclusions, third-party services, products, lead times, and payment milestones are confirmed before commitment.

Not sure where your project fits?

Start with the outcome.
We will map the scope.

“We have land.” “We need drawings.” “We want a complete interior.” “We found products in China but do not know what comes next.” Any of these is enough to begin.
